Farm Festival food and activity tickets are available now at a discounted rate. Tickets are normally $1 a piece, but if you purchase them online between now and 7 p.m. on Friday, October 14, you can get 25 tickets for $20 (a savings of 20 percent). As my job shifts from paperwork to taking care of MCS students, I wanted to pause and say thank you to all of you for working so diligently to make the Magnus system a huge success! Our records are nearly complete, and everyone handled this transition with patience and good spirit. I can’t tell you how helpful it is to have all of your children’s important information in this system, and how it will positively impact care across the school community. I am aware of some of the areas that need improvement, and will work with Magnus to make this process even easier for next year. Read more

Jeffrey Bunny, MCS Rabbit, 2005-2016
It is with great sadness that we share the news that Jeffrey, the resident rabbit of 7 East 96th Street, passed away on Tuesday, October 4. Jeffrey was born May 15, 2005.  After spending the first six weeks of his life at the home of 4-5s Teacher Sarah Leibowits, he came to live at Manhattan Country School.
